I tried different brands of Creatine ever since starting CrossFit. From the health store brand that the rep in the polo shirt insists is the best (and is conveniently on sale), to the top recommended brands you see on all the Reddit posts. Some were Creapure, some weren't. But what sets Tierz apart (aside from being true Creapure), is the fact that it has no taste and actually dissolves in water like it's supposed to. Every other brand I tried either had an off-putting "blueberrybajalemonelectroshockblastcodered" chemical taste. Or insisted on clumping or staying grainy no matter how long you shook it in the Blender Bottle. Like a cup full of wet coffee grounds. Tierz has none of that. And ever since switching, I've felt an increase in mental clarity and a jump in my ability to go for that extra rep past exhaustion, despite taking the same grams per day as I did with the other brands. Really speaks to the quality of Steel Monkey.
