Amazing pre workout i take it before my workouts or intense study session and always feel great. The taste is a bit acidic for my taste so i add maple syrup to neutralize and it does the job.

I’ve been taking this for about a week now and I don’t exercise. I know there are so many benefits if you are strength training but there are a ton of benefits even if you aren’t. What I’ve noticed in just 1 week increased energy, focus, mental clarity, and my mood is overall better. Look up the benefits of creatine for over 40. Bone and joint support, memory, etc. I’m impressed so far and plan to make this a daily ritual. So many of the unflavored powers have a taste, smell, or texture that is off putting. I’ve mixed this in my coffee every morning and you can’t tell it’s even there other than all the benefits you receive. This company send me a personalized card when I ordered it their customer service is amazing. I know the personal touches they have shown me has made me a customer for life with them.
