I think this is a great pre workout for someone who does not need too much focus. I require a bit more focus these days so I am going back to the “energy and focus” pre workout out you guys have . So glad to have found this company through Brendan who has the low back ability YouTube channel. All natural ingredients with no fillers is a huge selling point. The Blud is a perfect start to my AM as I don’t drink coffee but use this to get going. The Swet has been a lifesaver as I work in the woods on 90 degree days in NC. Used to get cramps and have to stop working but since I have been using Swet, I can go all day in the heat and not have cramps. Amazing products.

I’ve been using the Blud Gold Mango energy & pumps as my pre-workout and the Swet electrolytes for my training to hike Mount Everest later this year. The pre-workout tastes good and is easy to drink (unlike other thick supplements). I’ve been getting a nice boost without the crash. After just a few weeks my training is improving and the team over at Steel Monkey gave my order a personal touch. I plan to use this for cycling, hiking, or any other of my outdoor activities. Highly recommend!

It took me a couple of days to get used to the taste once I realized that I should be drinking it with COLD water. Overall, by far the best pre-workout I’ve had. My performance is great during my workout and most importantly I don’t feel jittery after my workout.

I’ve tried many sleep/recovery supplements and this is the first one that isn’t full of ingredients I can’t pronounce. I wake up feeling refreshed and energized the next day so I’m able to train day after day.

All of their products are clean and effective. The creatine and post workout are amazing - the pre workout is a bit strong for my liking, but I’ve always been a bit sensitive to pre workouts. Will be back for more!

Blud Light (caffeine free) is my favorite all natural preworkout and energizer boost being a full time working mom to get my early morning workouts in or get me through an afternoon slump! I personally like the taste of blud light over the original blud preworkout. I have been a lot more health conscious of the ingredients in my foods and drinks. The best supplements I’ve ever taken !

I swore by Blud original and was very hesitant to switch and try the spicy version, but am so glad I did. The spicy version helps me kick it up a notch and really helps carry me not only through my workouts but through the day.

Not only does Blud get me ready for my lifting days and tough WODs it helps me recover post workout as well. I’ve noticed with most pre workout supplements I would get a headache after lifting/working out but with Blud I don’t feel a crash and my muscle soreness has decreased.
