ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow up to 3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours of shipping to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders can be picked up daily, from 9:30AM EST until 8:00PM EST Weekdays. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: 

For calculated shipping rates: 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Most orders are fulfilled within 3 business days and shipped with service chosen by customer which is either USPS or UPS.

Free Shipping is available for order $79 and up. Free Shipping orders are usually shipped with USPS Ground Saver or UPS Ground Saver within 3 business days of order.

We do not currently ship International (outside of the U.S.A.)

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at mike@steelmonkey.co with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
