Fellow Coaches Mike and Alex could not find a Pre-Workout that was both Clean AND Clinically-Dosed.
They did their research, ordered ingredients and created Blud Superfood Pre-Workout, a clean, beet-based pre-workout specially formulated for high-intensity training.

Our First Community
The members of Alex's gym began using Blud® Pre-Workout and provided valuable feedback.
Alex & Mike learned the importance of having real people and a strong community behind your product and brand.

Hitting the Road
Alex & Mike began attending and competing in local fitness competitions.
They used these opportunities to give out samples and learn what kind of supplements the athletes wanted.
Based on what they learned, Steel Monkey would launch Swet Electrolytes and Tierz Creatine.
