I’ve been taking this for about a week now and I don’t exercise. I know there are so many benefits if you are strength training but there are a ton of benefits even if you aren’t. We source our ingredients from all around the world, including The U.S., South America, Canada and China.

How do you make your supplements?
Everything is done in-house. We mix our own supplements in very small batches. (usually less than 100 units at a time)
It's a grind at the moment, and we are out of stock often but it's the only way we can really know our supplements are clean and legit.
