We stand behind our supplements with a no-questions-asked 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund or exchange if you're not completely satisfied. Unlike traditional policies, we happily accept opened and partially used products because we believe in giving you the chance to try them out fully. Returning the product (even if it's opened or has remaining contents) allows our team to test it for any potential quality issues, ensuring we maintain the highest standards and continuously improve for all customers.
To be eligible:
- The return must be requested within 30 days of your purchase date.
- Include your receipt or proof of purchase.
- Ship back the product (including any remaining contents) to allow us to inspect and test it.
We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or non-returnable items (see exceptions below).
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact Mike at mike@steelmonkey.co with the details of your purchase and the specifics of why you're not satisfied. Sharing your feedback helps us get better and ensures every customer achieves the results they deserve—we won't settle for anything less!
If approved, we'll provide instructions on how to send your package back. Please note: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns should be sent to the following address: 5723 2nd Avenue, Brooklyn NY 11220

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact Mike immediately at mike@steelmonkey.co so we can evaluate the issue, test the product if needed, and make it right—whether through a refund, replacement, or other resolution.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange for an equal or lesser value item (e.g., a different supplement flavor or product), follow the same return process. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process the exchange promptly. For faster service, you can also return the original item and place a separate order for the new one.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (including any testing for quality assurance), we'll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
