Great pre workout! Love the ingredients it has. why pay $4 per can/serving of a common energy drink you’d buy at a store (bad ingredients) when you can get this at just about $2 a serving. Better value, better ingredients. 🙂

I switched from a notable pre workout to the Steel Monkey about 6months ago. It is great.
I am no super athlete but I am consistent. This pre workout….in two words…it works.
I would add that it helps me manage my blood pressure which is an added plus.
My CrossFit gym (Unbreakable) promotes it and it does not disappoint.

I’ve been using Blud preworkout for a while now and I’ll never switch back. It definitely keeps me going through even my toughest training days! There is only a few things that “push” my ass to go to the gym after working, taking care of 2 kids under 5, and that’s my BLUD . It’s 6pm and I’m debating on going and once I look at that bag I know if I drink it on the way I’ll be ready to go! I’m not a big fan of beets but it grew on me. I highly recommend getting this pre-workout if you want a healthier alternative to getting that “push”!

The first of its kind that I have encountered and definitely my last stop. A superfood pre-workout with great taste no crash and the perfect dosage.
smells like fresh beet when you open the bag, which is a good thing. The powder looks like a blend of fresh ingredients. Tastes like beets with a hint of cherry and other stuff.
Recommended to me by a guy at my gym for high intensity workouts, so far I'd recommend it as well. It gives you a nice alertness and energy boost for your workout without the lame crash feelings after.
I use blud for more then just a pre workout, I have a lot of brain fog since having COVID and this definitely helps with focus not just in the gym but other aspects of life as well. No nasty side effects like you get from the other pre workout drinks that are on the market either.

I was skeptical at first, but after doing research on the ingredients in blud I decided to order it. Glad I did. I'm officially a believer in lions mane and guarana. I've never felt this sharp before.
I take a scoop of blud in the morning on an empty stomach before the gym and I've been having amazing Workouts on it (I do mainly HIIT and some yoga) My mind feels sharper throughout the day at the office hours after I take blud.

My trial experience, is the focus is amazing! After trying two scoops there isn’t going back! The taste of beet root and pepper I got use to, no aftertaste, which is awesome. Only concern is high on calories per serving, and packaging container it comes in. Other than that the product so far is great, I’ll be subscribing!

You can tell the ingredients are natural and high quality. I take 1.5 scoops before I workout and get a nice clean energy buzz.
My mind feels clearer too, I think that's the lions mane working.
Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that some of the powder doesn't totally dissolve in water. Otherwise good stuff.

Started taking this because I became a little more health conscious about what I put into my body instead of thinking I can just work it off, and the results far exceeded my expectations. This is the only pre workout I will take on days where I am doing long distance cardio or a HIIT session. The reason is it gives me the energy a traditional pre-workout would, without sending my heart rate through the roof. My workouts went from 1 hour max to 1 hour minimum. Highly recommend this product it was made with a lot of thought for the consumer.

Where are your ingredients sourced?
We source our ingredients from all around the world, including The U.S., South America, Canada and China.
The important thing is that every single ingredient we use is tested by a 3rd party lab for purity.
How do you make your supplements?
Everything is done in-house. We mix our own supplements in very small batches. (usually less than 100 units at a time)
It's a grind at the moment, and we are out of stock often but it's the only way we can really know our supplements are clean and legit.
